- You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
- Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
- After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
- If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.
Meal and Drinks vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Champagne vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of sale (after this time any increase in price will be due in order to redeem). Vouchers not used before expiry will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated validity period. Vouchers are for single use only and must be presented in printed format and surrendered on arrival at the restaurant. Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation. Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on meals and drinks at Neil's Restaurant. Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen. Vouchers can be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
